black coffee and cigarettes
smoking is for poor people
espresso and cuban cigars
>smoking is for poor people
fuckin expensive with the taxes
well it keeps em poor i guess
If taste is out the equation, just get some low carb tortillas and wrap with a lean protein/tuna with some veg. Chase em down with some caffeine and nicotine, you'll be set for the day.
that's a good idea. do low carb tortillas taste okay or is it like eating cardboard?
The plain ones are pretty tasteless but they got various flavors for em now spinach, tomato basil off the top of my head. Its just more stiffer texture wise. They are 70 calories a pop pretty filling
yep, I really like the spinach ones for making salad wraps.
>just get some low carb tortillas
The fat you eat is the fat you wear. Low carb has ramifications including hairloss and brainfog. Just eat less and avoid added fat.
Nah senpai the low carb tortillas are very useful. Call em low cal or high fiber if it makes you feel better.
i wish you fags wouldn't directionbrain absolutely everything all the time
Just get on Adderall like an adult.
Hit the crack pipe guranteed weight-loss

Flat Out wraps, alternate the flavor each week, like Light Italian Herb flavor.
Buy smoked turkey flavor of the week from the deli or roast beef or ham or whatever, just get something with flavor
Buy bag of carrot shreds, or cole slaw mix like kale-sujperfoods slaw
Buy cucumbers, mushrooms, celery, etc
Arugula
Schmear the wrap with your favorite light cream cheese, like chive flavor, lay down the thin turkey to adhere, sprinkle on some dressing, or some avocado, whatever else, and top with arugula, roll up.
Every single day you can make it slightly different or themed. Flat outs last me 2 weeks. longer in the fridge. Alternate your dressings like Makoto ginger, or cilantro yogurt.
You can make your wrap the night before, just give it a saran wrap wrap, then your wax paper to keep it leak free. Mix it up with leftover steak or chicken, hummus which lasts forever in the fridge before you open it. They are quite large.
To save money, invest in microwaveable freezer containers and batch up soups for Fall and not eat the same soup daily, or just mix it up for the toppings.
I have a microwave-4 egg hard boiled cooker. It's no work to chill down some eggs that I nuked at dinner time and peel them in the morning for a salad. Same for a single poached chicken breast or two for quick curry-chicken-mango chutney salad.
OINK OINK YOU FAT FUCK GET TO WORK ON YOURSELF YOU FAT FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT
Just eat less food fatass. Eat more carbs and fiber and move around more too.
Ozempic unless you’re poor, then cabbage with salt and a lot of water.
Water fast homosexual. You won't die from going a few days a week only drinking water. Your body will adjust and it will become easy.
if fats had any self discipline they wouldnt be fats
White fish
Chicken breast
Cucumber
Celeri
Cream cheese
Mushrooms
No sauce, no frying, no butter or too much oil, don't overcook vegetables.
>calorie counting
>Not understanding basic thermodynamics
You're a humanities drop out, right?
NTA but if you need to engage with your food in such a way that you start to count calories (essentially what diets do) you have a high chance of running into the very same problem most fatties have when they do a diet.
You restrict your food intake to reach a certain goal, in this scenario a weight goal. You reach your goal, you stop counting calories, you are right back at your old eating habits because you were just doing a diet, you never laid the groundwork to engage with your food in a healthy way and learn proper portion sizes etc.
This is an actual thing which is called yoyo effect I believe. Anecdotally I've seen it happen with two friends and like three family members.
If you are fat you need a lifestyle change. Some achieve that lifestyle change by never stopping their diet (a lot of people that do atkins f.ex. will never stop doing it).
You really should turn to regular exercising, even if its just a light one and learning proper portion size.
Use a psyllium fiber supplement. Basically a meal replacement. Fist week or so will entail much farting, but once you settle in, it's great. And increase calorie output.
t.lost 65 pounds over the last two years.
Here's a trick I found instead of retardly calorie counting you will give up after 2 days. If you cook for yourself, don't use plates but bowls. Fill up one bowl with your meal (or the equivalent of if your meal isn't bowl compatible). If you still eat too much, reduce the bowl size. It's more acceptable for your mind to reduce amounts that way
>salads
I dont understand how do people go from regular food to eating salads when dieting?
Entire bowl of groats with chicken and some veggies is like 600 calories. I dare you to eat more than two of those during the day.
Roasted potatoes with veggies and eggs also works.
It's so easy to lose weight. Just eat satiating food with some fibre.
Stir-fry. Spinach/broccoli, mushrooms, chicken breast. Some Tamari sauce or maybe some stir-fry sauce (does have carbs, but you don't have to dump it on). Fast, easy, filling, low-carb. Walk maybe a mile a week and you'll lose 10lbs a month. Completely eliminate any desserts and increase the exercise and you'll lose 15/mo. easy.
In the same boat. I'm doing 400g rice, 400 chicken, 400g veggies. The veggies is usually a mix of broccoli, corn, and carrots.
That's roughly 1400calories there, not including seasonings and any oil or butter used when cooking. I usually just season with salt, pepper, soy sauce. Chilli flakes sometimes, too.
Simple and easy to do.
