        You don't need sugar, you need caffeine, maybe electrolytes if you exercise. If you are hungry just ignore it until your stomach like "goes to sleep" and the hunger goes away easily.

        Personally I eat eggs. Or soup broth, or milk, or a keto muffin I baked from a mix.

    I don't eat breakfast because my appetite doesn't kick in until 4 hours after waking. But frick you if eggs, potatoes, bacon, waffles, steak, or burritos that contain any of the above aren't great. Country fried steak and home fries with some sunny side up eggs... frick! Now I'm hungry and it's 2am.

    Bob Evans breakfast bake also used to be my jam until they discontinued it 10 years ago.

    There was a hole in the wall restaurant I used to go to for breakfast that had "country benedict," which was chicken fried steak on a slice of texas toast with a frickton of white gravy and a fried egg and a dollop of hot green chili on top. Was absolutely delicious, and I don't often eat breakfast

    With you there, I hate eggs and every typical savory breakfast food contains them. Usually I either eat leftovers from dinner or make myself a cold cut or bacon sandwich, or if I'm eating out either order from a place which sells lunch/dinner foods in the morning or just wait till lunchtime.

    I have been doing overnight oats for weekday breakfast

    >about a teaspoon of simple syrup
    >tbsp of chia seeds
    >1/4 tsp of cocoa powder
    >2 tbsp peanut butter powder

    It's good enough and all I have to do is pull it out of the fridge
