I have a single 6oz top round steak. Should I make:
>a steak sandwich on ciabatta bread w white cheddar
>ramen with steak, a fried egg and green onions
>third thing (you) suggest
Which way, Culinaly? I've been drinking if that matters

My plan (if sandwich) was to sear on either side and then slice thin afterwards, yes. Too tough otherwise.
steak tartare
Isn't that for nicer cuts of steak? This is pretty cheap it's was like 4 USD (on sale). Made a sandwich for my gf and I'm debating on what to do w mine.
Simp
I buy the cheapest steak cuts, dice them up really small, and eat it raw with toast and olive oil
True but anon I'm so hungry just answer my question
Slice it and make swiss steak
ramen oshiiiiii!!!!!!!
Second one, steak sandwich will be way too dry. Ramen will be just right for something that tough.
partially freeze it, run it through the food processor, and make steak Americain
eat it with crackers, white onion, dill, capers, and an egg yolk
Use it az bait to go fish for a real steak you poor nerd.
I ended up making ramen if anyone cares

Looks so good
3) SHove it up your ass
Aren't top rounds best cooked low and slow (often shredded)? I don't think of it as sliceable but I guess it can be done.
Steak with fries and creme fraiche.
slices thin and pounded even thinner. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, put on a cuban bread with shoe string potato sticks.
Steak and eggs, broheim. Butterfly/slice it thin. Fry a coupla eggs, while cooking, sear steak quickly. Serve with an egg on top of each slice of steak. Alternatively, cook eggs over easy and use as sandwich filler. Damned good either way.
