I have a single 6oz top round steak. Should I make:

>a steak sandwich on ciabatta bread w white cheddar
>ramen with steak, a fried egg and green onions
>third thing (you) suggest

Which way, Culinaly? I've been drinking if that matters

    My plan (if sandwich) was to sear on either side and then slice thin afterwards, yes. Too tough otherwise.

      Isn't that for nicer cuts of steak? This is pretty cheap it's was like 4 USD (on sale). Made a sandwich for my gf and I'm debating on what to do w mine.

        I buy the cheapest steak cuts, dice them up really small, and eat it raw with toast and olive oil

    Aren't top rounds best cooked low and slow (often shredded)? I don't think of it as sliceable but I guess it can be done.

    slices thin and pounded even thinner. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, put on a cuban bread with shoe string potato sticks.

    Steak and eggs, broheim. Butterfly/slice it thin. Fry a coupla eggs, while cooking, sear steak quickly. Serve with an egg on top of each slice of steak. Alternatively, cook eggs over easy and use as sandwich filler. Damned good either way.
