I just ate Race Track fast food. Slice of their pizza (first time ever trying), cheeseburger and a Monster.

Monster I would have gotten anyways (probably main reason I stopped in there).

But since I hadn't eaten breakfast I was hungry and grabbed some grub. I only do this like once a month.

But, now I feel like I just ate poison and feel like my body is shutting fricking down because I feel like it's so full of cholesterol and junk that I'm literally like halfway to death.

It's got to be all in my mind, can't be like that bad for you (or can it?).

Talk some sense into me Culinaly. Am I being fricking moronic and food isn't THAT BAD, or is the food really THAT FRICKING BAD that before I even digested it, it's fricking me up.

Serious answers only pls.

I thought you mean from an actual racetrack like Martinsville or Watkins Glen.
The picture of something called Casey's supported that, because the place you got food at, at the racetrack, might have been called caseys

If it was a race track I stopped at, I wouldn't have capitalized it and I would have put a "the" before it to let you know it was a general race track and not the name of a specific place itself.

Why would I stop a horse racing track for a Monter (please tell me you know I meant the energy drink)?

It’s pretty sodium dense, like a cheeseburger and slice of ‘roni ‘za is nearly 2000mg of salt but only about 1000 calories.

ok, OP here. For the record, I will end up agreeing that I rushed this post and fricked up by obliterating the Racetrac name.

This thread is hilarious. OP is getting pissed off at everyone that is trying to give him help and/or advice.
I've met people like him in real life. Usually people end up giving him bad advice after giving him good advice, and he ends up taking the bad advice even though everyone told him not to. Eventually people give up and stop trying to help them.

op, i understood you were talking about racetrac instantly, everyone else is moronic. anyways, i eat breakfast from 7-11 every day. either a sausage egg and cheese burrito or a sausage egg or. cheese sandwich of some sort, either biscuit, croissant, or pancake. shit's delicious but a little salty, especially the burrito. you'll be fine though, sounds like you're just being a little b***h. you're okay with drinking a full can of monster but pizza and a burger got you fricked up?

Well, lately I think it's my brain fricking with me but not really sure. The older I get, the more I feel like unhealthy food will frick with me and send me to my grave. Probably comes from me reading too much news and all this crap about everything we're consuming causing cancer and all sorts of shit.

So even through all that, I see typical grocery stuff as "unhealthy but doable" and still not very good for me, but doing gas station food I feel like is literal poison.

I think I'm just overthinking it, but not sure. Maybe the food really is that bad, I don't know but that's the impression I get.

In my opinion it’s designed to blast your mouth with flavor even after being heated for hours on end, while also as a side effect being so salty that you buy more drinks yet have less urge to use the restroom (fewer stops).

        >also i really suck at making time to make myself a decent breakfast in the morning.
        Here's a simple trick:
Fill a bowl with old fashioned or one minute oatmeal.
Add enough water to cover the top of the oats slightly.
        Shave, shower, shit/piss, get dressed.
        Eat your oats.

Alternatively, drink a can of Pepsi. It has the same amount of calories as a serving of oatmeal.
