Mine's just a simple macaroni salad:
Boil pasta; meanwhile, mix mayonnaise with vegetable stock powder, chopped bell peppers, shredded/batonette-cut carrots, sweetcorn kernels, sliced celery, sweetpeas, onion, chopped fresh sweet parsley and a dash or two of vinegar.
Drain pasta and toss, still hot, with the dressing.
Cool to room temp then chill in the fridge and serve.

Yeah, this is pretty close to my standard one. Always great.

      1) Make mayo. Emphasis on make, not buy.
      2) Mix mayo with halved cherry tomatoes, tiny mozzarella balls, a ton of minced basil + salt/pepper.
      3) Cook noodles at tiny bit softer than al dente.
      4) Let noodles cool down and stir them every 5-10 minutes so they get a starchy coating.
      5) Mix noodles with the mayo mix.

      Literally the GOAT.

That one sounds sick. Will try for sure.

    USE. LESS. MAYO.

Goddamn I like these things in concept but I don’t need a tablespoon of mayo for every couple of noodles

      Truefax.
I only add 1tbsp per portion IE 75g dry pasta + 100ish g additional shit gets 1tbsp of mayo. For a whole, 1lb box of pasta, that's 7tbsp (6tbsp for the pasta and an extra one, just to be sure), which is about a half cup.
75g dry = 125g or so cooked, by the way.
