The guy with the ooni oven (he calls it a 'ni) makes better pizzas than the ones I've been ordering. It's ridiculously simple to make a proper pizza, you just have to make the dough yourself (easy), use the right ingredients, add them properly, cook it at the right heat and it'll come out perfect. I say his are better than the ones I've ordered because, if you look at the one I posted in the OP, you'll see the cheese isn't cut properly. It should be cut in thin strips, but this one looks like they've just taken clumps out of a ball of it with their hands and thrown it on. It tastes the same, but still, I would like it more if they did it the way they do it in Naples. They've gotten everything else right.
