I really hate eating. And I hate cooking. I just want a pleasant meal replacement without a super strong taste. But I'm lactose intolerant. I've tried protein drinks both whey and vegan and they murder my stomach and give me constipation and bloat. I'd prefer the meal replacement to not be a drink.
I wish we could figure this out. But it just gets obscenely boutique and expensive
For now I just eat body builder protein bars that don't have dairy and supplements is there anything better
