    Peppers like poblano, onions, mushrooms Asparagus anything you can put on a stick and hold over open flame.

    Make margherita pizza with burnt grilled fresh tomatoes. Some other options like burnt spaghetti you can add burnt tomatoes to or go all burnt fried rice with american style omelette bunt over it. Burn the tomatoes, the corn, the rice (via searing it by leaving it chilled over nice before adding it to the pan), the egg, fajita beef cuts, and finally onion.

    Stock, soup, sauce, roasts, glazed, jams. There's a lot you can do with tomatoes. They're a versatile fruit.

      Those are slow roasted. It's not so much the flavor of the char that's good (it is in small doses), but the concentrated tomato flavor.

      If you looked at OP's image and the first thing that came to mind was stock, you might actually be clinically moronic.

    burnt eggplant and burnt bell peppers are respectively used to make baba ganoush annd muhammara. I don't go crazy on the former but muhammara is great.
