        ground turkey is so nasty
I could've accepted this if you kept it to just mammal flesh but you had to throw the bird in
        just ridiculous

Mixing turkey into that is fricking weird. At least use ostrich/emu so it's all red meat.

          Yeah, the balls were mid.
I mostly did this to piss everyone off.

I think chili or ragu would have been a better option for this many different meats, I didn't feel like waiting all day for ragu though, maybe next weekend.

Is mixing turkey with pork and beef a sin in Italian cuisine? Bison, deer and lambs are ungulates, basically the same kind of meat as beef.

Is baking the meat balls also a sin?

Actually I think the strongest flavor in this mix was the lamb.

Lamb taste like piss too me. At least it's muted by the others. Turkey taste like nothing. It's just a dryer chicken.

Well, it's not kosher, but if that's not a problem for you then go for it.

My meatball mix, designed for bagging/freezing single serving portions:
          >3 lbs of ground beef (80% lean)
          >1 lb of ground pork
          >1 lb of ground chicken
          >2 eggs, beaten
          >1 medium onion, minced fine
          >1 large carrot, shredded fine
          >1 cup of bread crumbs
          >Too many different spices to list. Use your favorites, but make sure to include some sage.

Mash it all together until it's homogeneous, then shape into meatballs or mini meatloafs. You should get about 24 meatballs (6 servings of 4) and about 5 meatloafs. The meatloafs can be bagged and frozen right away, the meatballs should be half-baked (about 10-15 minutes at 375F) before cooling, bagging and freezing.

~800 calories, ~60 grams of protein per meal. Yeah. I make meat balls as a snack all the time, I usually just make beef or pork balls.

are you freezing it? it won't keep in the fridge for a week

Anon I've made these before with single meats and they are usually good for 10 days. I'm going to eat these long before they go bad, that's why I only made 2 pounds of meat balls instead of making balls from all 8 pounds of meat.

Also I woke up this morning with tons of energy.

Broccoli looks wet, did you boil it? Rice also looks dry af, at least season a little. I'm assuming you're gonna put leftovers in the fridge. Meat always taste funky after more than a day in the fridge, plus reheating. Plastic containers. You're better off cooking your meals fresh.

The rice has ginger and salt in it, what more seasoning does it need?

Pestle and mortar to make paste from onion whites, garlic and ginger.

              Scissors to snip onion greens.

This isn't seasoning to you, because you're a Black person who thinks it has to come from the seasoning rack at Walmart.
