90% of my meals are just a protein and 2 veg. Chicken, pork chops, beef, fish, whatever paired with a variety of corn, carrots, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.

    CARNIVORE DIET FOR MAXIMUM STATS

Brine and roast 3 whole chickens every weekend.
Eat half a chicken every day, no skin. That's almost guaranteed to reach your protein goal while remaining lean. Brine also is a massive flavor/texture boost and extends the shelf life drastically.
Make up the rest of your calories with fruits, veggies, eggs, and rice. That'll give you fiber, carbs, and just enough protein to top yourself off.

Day seven, cheat day. Eat whatever you want, but I recommend something Mediterranean.

      Sounds expensive

        Expensive compared to what?
That's ~$50 for a week's worth of groceries. Anything cheaper than that is either going to be imbalanced or powered/pills.

Whole chicken is the cheapest 'high quality' protein you'll find tho.
You don't get any cheaper than that.
If you want cheaper, you'll have to reduce the quantity of protein you want to eat.
BTW, with that many roasted chickens, you should make stock with the bones, and use it to cook your rice.

No particular food will cause you to gain or lose weight, it’s about calories in and calories out. If you’re asking what food is the most nutritious, then it’s meat.

What you eat isn't actually that important, it's more important when you eat it, aka Intermitent fasting.

You can lose 30kgs in 2 months by eating Pizza, Pasta and Burgers if you want

      Elaborate on the fasting thing

science says you enter a state of mini-starvation if you consume nothing within a minimum 12-hour window, which causes your body to pull from your fat stores once you enter that fasting window. anecdotally, it stopped me from snacking so much which has lead to me consuming fewer calories in the end.

        Yeah he's right.

Fat is basicly energy for a rainy day, and your body will refuse to lose it if it doesn't HAVE to.
When you eat (anything even healthy food) your body will use that energy over fat.
A "normal" dinner plan is like breakfast, lunch, dinner or some form of 3 meals a day idea. Which only leaves your body time to burn fat when you're sleeping.

It also ties into sugar/carbs and insulin, insulin will make your body refuse to prosess fat, which makes sugar the worst thing you could possebly intake to lose fat, you just wont. (applies to artificial sweetners and carbs which are prossessed into sugar by your body)

What I did to lose over 30kgs (I've since regained 13 due to being lazy and somewhat depressed) I cut my meals per day to two, lunch which was crackers/flatbread with toppings and tea and then dinner, I did this for some weeks until I didn't feel a roaring hunger all the time and then cut it down to one meal per day (OMAD)
What I would do then I would just simply stop drinking or snacking anything that wasn't tea or water and then just go full pig mode for my meal, and I went crazy after carb heavy food. I probably ate pizza, mac n cheese, lasagna 3-5 days a week with a glass of milk. Then just drink tea for the rest of the day.

Pickle a large amount of eggs. Go easy on the salt, it is not necessary. Have ONE when you're hungry. Eggs are super satiating and pickled eggs are great.
