    Indescribably based. My only note is that the bread should ideally be warmed and buttered, if the season permits. Herring in paprika sauce is also FANTASTISCH........... or mustard sauce, if you can't find it just mix a huge spoonful of your favorite sharp mustard into the fish. (Sometimes Aldi sells these delicacies, sometimes not, the inconsistency is vexing.) If you need more, just add pickled cucumbers (heavy on the garlic) and boiled eggs (with or without chili sauce).         It is very cheap industrial made bullshit "bread", mostly with carrots and other shit inside. Doesn't tastes good and has a lot of chemicals inside. It is always wabbly.
