idk white cooks often make it better. curry made by a white cook is usually better than an indian one

Only poor people eat Mexican food. It's garbage tier repetitive food.

White people make any spiced ethnic cuisine better than the original person. The best Vietnamese food I've ever had was by an Aussie, and the best mole poblano was done by a white guy from LA that used godiva chocolate and dried peppers from California that were more flavorful than any from Mexico.
Just face it, you lost the genetic lottery. Compared to Whites, you're doomed to mediocrity for the rest of your life.

Maybe so, but you whites will be singing a different tune after you go extinct.

Nah, we're getting our shit together. It's gonna be the greatest comeback in history. Enough of us have wisened up to the age-old tricks of demoralization and are thinking productively about designing a way forward and throwing off legacy systems that hold us back. You guys aren't gonna like us during these growing pains, but once a future for White continuity is secured we can chill back out again and be an equal member of the global community. Boomers just overstretched our resources and took our first world imperium for granted, it'll look a lot different in 20 years.

Cuz he's mexican. Is mexican food bad here now or something? Just watch something else, instead of expecting cooking with dog to make a video about food that isn't japanese

I don't have an issue with him doing Mexican food, its just why I don't watch him much despite being a great youtuber. His recipes don't appeal to me and a lot of ingredients are very hard for me to get since I'm not American

what ingredients in Mexican food can you not find in your country? Mexican food is one of the easiest to source ingredients for next to like Italian food.

they make no nonsense videos with solid recipes and techniques that are well explained and researched, they dont crutch on gimmicky shit and have very few bad recipes between them
they're not putting out 6 hour culinary projects that fit better on a tasting menu than at home like bruno(who does very good work), but they're reliable and seldom disappoint

my only lagerstrom critique is his recipes involve dirtying the frick up your kitchen. like broiling ground beef on an unlined baking sheet. now you have an oversized greasy mess.

he does like using an extra few pans/bowls, but i actually like the broiling thing for browning, its hands off and doesnt splatter your entire stove to frick like getting a good sear on ground beef would in a pan

nice cope. whenever americans get a leg up, like it's easier to source unique ingredients here than overseas, international people love to go for the most trite insult.

                >noooo its not easier to find mexican ingredients in a country bordering mexico with states full of mexicans
yeah right its just as easy to find mexican shit in the middle of sweden as it is in texas

It was more about Americans’ limited understanding of food, but sure cope however you’d like chubbo. I’m sure your cheesy enchirito is totally auténtico.

nta but i'm in europe and mexican food is something i'd love try making but every recipe requires a few different chillies which i can only get dried online with a huge markup. fresh things like tomatillos or fresh chilies are impossible to get at all. avocados and limes are expensive. beef and lamb are expensive, even the cheapest cuts

pretty sure it just depends on what's locally available, i can get whole duck for around 5usd and it's apparently considered an expensive meat in the US

Most Mexican ingredients aren't available outside of the Americas beyond things like tortilla chips and tortillas

POG stands for "phat original gangster", as in someone who was one of the first to be cool at something before the hipsters ruined it. I think. My grandson probably knows better.
I do know that goated means GOAT which is "Greatest of all Time".
