Is anyone else not too crazy about pickles on burgers? I feel like it takes away the flavour from everything else in the sandwich.

Yes but if you say that here then you're a "manchild" for not liking overpowering shit taste.
Agreed, pickles belong on the side of a burger, not on it
Its not about not liking pickles, its the fact that the saltiness of it overpowers the burger.
I like pickles and bacon, but neither belong on a burger
>flavour
I don't care how you feel.
Colour me shocked.
Pickles are disgusting on anything, everything, and on their own
No one is asking why Chad would go to a maid cafe to order a cheeseburger?
that's the first thing i said, man. she's holding omurice too, wtf
>japs actually eat ketchup on eggs
Who doesn't?
Normal people
The acidity of cunt juice cuts through the richness of the burger
Because they're delicious.
Growing up I hated pickles, but turns out I just like certain vinegars and hate others, which in turn affects what pickle style I like. The pickles you get from fast food tend to be shit pickles, so I rarely get them when ordering anything. I do apply pickles, usually home made, to my sandwiches as required. I like pickled red onion for burgers, it seems to work better.
Chad does whatever he wants to. If he wants to order a burger from a maid cafe, then he will do so and the maid will bring him one.
large pickle to eat with burger > small amount of pickle on burger > small amount of fancy pickle > big ass pickle in burger
I like them.
I used to not like pickles, but now I do. Sometimes I still order without pickles though, for exactly the reason you described. Other times I order extra pickle extra onion extra mustard. It's all good.
Skill issue
Yes, eating requires skill
Pickle friend, reporting for duty. Thank me for my service.
Will you eat the one in my pants?
ok but I'm going to need some help this seems like it will easily be a two, possibly three man job
need some pickle friends to circle up with and figure this out
You son of a bitch. I'm in.
>I feel like it takes away the flavour from everything else in the sandwich.
same. the vinegar overpowers every other flavor.
I love sauerkraut though.
How come fast food restaurants put pickles on the burger but every sit down restaurant just gives you 1/4 a pickle on the side?
Its revealing.
Less prep
I can't stand the taste of dill.
I like pickles on a burger but I can totally understand why somebody wouldn't like them. I'm definitely on board with a pungent burger however.
>hot garlic dill pickle (crinkle cut medallions ideally)
>roasted red peppers, cut width wise into rings
>red onion
>emental and sharp extra old cheddar combo for cheese
>ketchup and mustard
No leafy greens though fuck off.
Same, my thoughts exactly
i used to enjoy pickles but as of late something has been bothering me about them
they are super warm by time they hit the tongue
barely any crunch and just too sweet no tart
I wish more places would just op for a side wedge pickle
until they can get this whole situation sorted out
yes i know about the mc dlt
One place I used to go had non pickled cucumber slices. that was quite good
Never liked pickles on any kind of burger or sandwich, but I think a dill spear goes great ON THE SIDE.
I always order extra pickles on my fast food burgers and if I make them at home I use 3-4 pickles, for me it's pickles, but feel free to live your shit life however you want anon
I like pickled stuff just not pickles themselves, radishes, onion, carrot, ginger, etc.
Here's your pickled "stuff" bro
i don’t like pickles
I enjoy some pickles
They add a nice satisfying crunch while also not being completely flavorless and boring like lettuce.
Also, I think acidity is nice with basically any meat-based sandwich, whether its from a pickle, slaw, vinegar or citrus juice.
>order sandwich with pickles on it
>take the pickles off
I don't like to eat the pickles, but I will like to have had them on the sandwich
but then the disgusting pickle goo already contaminated it
I like bread & butter pickles on my burger
>I like bread & butter pickles on my burger
ME too, and I like them even more on a pulled pork or smoked sliced pork sandwich. That sweet and sour Hispanice makes BBQ sauce taste better.
I love dill pickles too, same kind of mood as mustard on the burger as well. But to be honest, I like a spear on the plate more than on most of the burgers I tend to order. I am usually getting a black n bleu or some bacon jam or grilled onions, something more than a nontraditional BLT plus onion and mayo. I want more! The pickle doesn't always fit the recipe.
The baconator is the greatest fast food burger, and it has meat, cheese, and condiments, that's it.
Bread & Butter pickles only. Dill ruins it!
I order a burger with pickles then remove them before eating because I like just a hint of pickle.
