I'm happy with how my Chicken Bok Choy soup has turned out. Should I add or subtract anything?

water
less boullion and evoo
Two teaspoons of each?
Your veggie to meat ratio is too much veggie imo, but good otherwise. Don't add too much because the brocolli will release a lot.
It turned out well. Decided to add celery and an egg at the last minute. I'm encouraged enough that I'll definitely have this meal again.
>glass of milk with your bowl of soup
MAXIMUM COMFY
It's tea
Looks good. I opened the thread to tell you not to add the brogle from the start but it looks like you knew.
It's cooked about half as long as the other vegetables.
Sorry for dumb, but wtf is that? A piece of chicken? Some sour cream?
I poached an egg while I was simmering the vegetables.
For me, it's Pompeian. The greatest poor man's olive oil (for Americans)
Where's the garlic, man?!
In the bouillon presumably.
I'm having difficulties with garlic in my cooking. Either I can taste it or it's overpowering.
Meant can't.
have a nice day
I enjoyed your responses.
I thought I couldn't bump my own thread. what happened?
Based Microwavebro with round 2. You should ass some chillis and ginger.
I sometimes add Thai peppers. Never thought of ginger.
What is the purpose of the olive oil? Searing the beef?
I would definitely add some garlic. What dinner is complete without garlic.
I sear both the vegetables and the beef with a small amount of oil. to me garlic hides the other flavors.
Went with sautéed onion base this time. tastes really good
