    With how much price gouging is going on with the za? Probably. Plus home pizza ovens are finally a viable commercial product you don't have to build yourself and are only a few hundos.

    Basically, you just need a pizza oven of your choosing - wood or propane (or both), and a proofing box. Maybe a stand mixer if you can't be assed to mix dough. They sell the dough kits in the supermarket, I have several in my pantry. Like zero thought is required now.

    It's super simple - make dough, proof it in box over 1-2 days in fridge, bring out when ready for za, flatten on peel and put tomato sauce on, then slap some motz cheese on there, shredded or sliced, and into the preheated oven it goes. Too easy.

    Should you do it without the equipment? No. Not worth it. Regular ovens just don't cut it, you get crappy za. You will always get freezer style pizza that is meh.
