It always seems good at the time, but it never delivers. Unless you ask for vin/oil/salt/pep, it will taste like air and construction paper. The only items that have flavor are the tuna, meatball, and standard cold cut. I always order either the BMT or the spicy Italian, both of which are terrible.

Everything is overpriced right now. Their subs are 8-11 dollars. A Mcdonald's quarter pounder meal(medium fries and coke) is 10 dollars.
If you're going to eat fast food, Subway is one of the best places to go.

Mold in the drink machine, food next to chemicals, food that WAS out not up to temp so likely to make you sick. so much more but stop going to subway.

It's garbage meat inside garbage bread. IIRC in Ireland the bread can't even be called bread because it's so low quality. And the Irish aren't known for high quality food so you know it must be shit.

you can still order any one of the subway series and modify the ingredients, or order any one of the classic subs that aren't on the series menu like the plain turkey, italian BMT, roast beef and build the sandwich from scratch customizing every detail
they did the premade items thing because zoomers are the most autistic generation to ever exist and there is that one gay who always posts that "what kind of bread you wan, what kind of meat you wan, what kind of cheese you wan, what kind of sauce you want" copypasta in every subway thread
If I'm making your sub (or was) you'll get the most perfect sub ever, with the old school bread cutting technique that they banned because it was too dangerous, perfectly folded meat, cheese and veg, and if you ask for extra I'll actually give you what you want and not a pissant one or two extra pieces. And if it's late in the evening or the meats short dated I'll give you extra for free. But if anyone else is making it it will probably look like someone sat on it.
But either way it's cheaper and tastier to just make your own
Just eat Jersey Mike's or a local sub restaurant. subway's subs are too overly processed, they got good cookies though. I used to like their personal pizzas just because I like any pepperoni pizza ever made. lol, don't think they're really a thing anymore though there was a tiktok (frick that site but I saw it trending on the internet) of someone discovering the personal pizza last year and I got one at an Indiana location after visting my sister in Ohio so maybe they do. Maybe some locations only I don't know lol
It is based upon the owner of that specific location/locations to stock the personal pizza. I live in CT and my location has personal pizza still albeit, the food sucks and the place is disgusting so i dont go anymore.

Used to be okay when they still had their $5 footlongs, I passed by one other other week and almost everything doubled in price. I used to get a spicy italian for $5 and how they are charging $9 for that shit
