Also any luck with frozen veg? Seems like they taste even more bland when boiled.

        wut?
Adding salt and adding fat will make boiled vegetables taste good. Are you fishing for some bizarre ulterior motive or something?

    Fat,
    Salt,
    Acid,
    Sugar

But really just salt should be enough provided the rest of the meal offers the rest

Vegetables have their own delicious flavors. Why don't you just eat them at they are? Stop drinking cuckacola and eating sugar and enjoy them for what they are you fat fuck. Brussel sprouts, kale, carrots, leeks, mustard greens, broccoli, etc. They're tasty and healthy. Stop eating McDonald's and meatslop you retard

No they don't, stop pretending. My taste buds aren't exploding in orgasmic avalanche and I need you to tell me how to fix that

Steam them instead of boiling. Add salt and vinegar or lemon.

If you don't mind added fat, then saute lots of onion and garlic and add it to your vegetables.

What is it about salt and fat that makes veggie taste good?

Salt = electrolytes. Fat = calories. Vegetables are often low in both.

Don't boil them, lightly steam instead. You don't even need a steaming basket to do this, just add water to a pot until it reaches around 0.25 inch/5mm water level, add veggies, cover, and heat until desired tenderness. Season to taste.

Add butter-based roux to mixed boiled veggies with some stock.
Or saute some breadcrumbs in butter and use them as a topping, might be acquired taste but it salvaged mushy string beans and overcooked cauliflower so it's pretty potent.

Get better vegetables. If you really have to put a bouillon everytime you eat a vegetable, you have either busted tastebuds by years of Hispanicy foods or you have bad low quality supermarket vegetables full of water.

Also why do you just boil vegetables ? Put them in a pan with a bit of olive oil.

make a veggie soup. that way you get the max flavour from the veggie. if you just boil them and throw away the water youre wasting like half of it
