What's the simplest easiest fried rice recipe bros? If you're going to say "just throw in the already cooked chicken / beef / pork from the fridge!" then frick right off
Day old rice, cook an egg first and dice it up, then if you don't have some spare sandwich meat or something, either fry some meat first (if it's chicken, learn how to velvet chicken first) but since you said easiest, whack open a tin of spam and cut that up into cubes, brown on all sides and then start frying the rice. Add whatever seasonings you like, don't skimp on the oil (sesame), add your peas or whatever veg whenever it's appropriate (depends on the veg, or again you could precook it), and bone app the teeth or whatever the meme is
Honesty it'll never be quite as good as from a takeaway because your kitchen doesn't contain one of the jet engines they use to cook, and its usually like $5 from a takeaway anyway
t. Stepparent owns a takeaway, have made fried rice at home and there and the cooking on extreme heat makes it better. With the oil amount they use it's basically almost deep fried
there really isnt any such thing as easy fried rice. hell the whole dish you have to know youre making in advance since you need day old rice for the best results. the best way for the home cook is to do it is to make everything separately then combine it in the end. most people dont have large flattop grills or wok stations in their kitchens
Honestly I just do eggs, garlic, rice, soy sauce and chicken stock powder (can substitute with MSG). I like to add peas and green onions if I have them. The key is cooking small portions (one person portion at a time is best) and using the hottest heat you can.
Katsu chicken and curry sauce on rice is my favourite dish with rice, I think
But soy sauce on cold rice is a great snack to just have in the fridge. I also like to add soy sauce to rice, a can of tomato sardines and maybe some ketchup mixed with tomato paste if it's a big serving of rice, which again is a nice meal to just have there ready in seconds. I usually make an extra container of rice if I'm cooking so I can do one or the other
