          how is a sweetener in a bar a 'glob of syrup'?

          soybeans are nutritious on their own, soy flour is a lower glycemic flour, and soy rice crisps are made of soy protein (a vegan protein substitute), flour, and a barley extract. what's wrong with that? you see people use whey protein to make protein snacks with the exact same ingredients (but it's whey protein and not soy). you just bake them on a baking sheet, easy

          i personally dont use seed oils when i can avoid them due to inflammation concerns, but they are a very small part of this bar and unless you grow your own food or buy nothing but the rawest produce and meat and literally nothing else, you're consuming some seed oils

          again, without sounding moronic which you already have, what's wrong with any of that?
