ITT: the greatest sandwich you've ever eaten. For me, it's the chicken parm from Baldarotta's in Urbana, Illinois.
>regular chicken parm sandwich with good tomato sauce and meat
>mozzarella AND provolone
>pesto
>on focaccia
It's the last two details that really set it over the edge. Just brilliant. Best American / Italian collaboration since Operation Gladio.
my ex girlfriend made me this sandwich once that contained turkey breast, thick cut ham, mustard, mayonnaise and tomatoes, and I'm not sure I've ever tasted anything like it since.
That looks and sounds like some delicious slop. Anytime I’ve seen a chicken parm sandwich on a menu it’s typically been fried chicken with marinara and mozzarella on some bullshit generic bun from a factory.
used to run lunch at my old job at a pretty upscale place and had a lot of great meat and cheese in the charcuterie case that i used to build the menu.
my favorite sandwich:
>parmesan crusted sourdough
>garlic aioli
>smoked ham
>arugula
>roasted & marinated peppers and tomatoes
you'd add a layer of parm to the pan, build the sandwich on top and stick it in the pizza oven until it crisped up real nice, take it out then add the arugula to warm on top.

7th street sicilian from blues city deli in St Louis. italian sandwiches are my favorite kind and this is far and away the best one I've ever had. the muffuletta there is killer too
New york style pep za that I folded over and ate with blue cheese and bangs
>bangs
huh?
bangers n mash
Nobody calls sausages just "bangs" you moron.
How the fuck am I supposed to get to the mall when it's 2 am and I'm drunk on fucking green street? Get a better location and hours assholes.
They close at 7 PM. There's plenty of late night options, buddy. This is a lunch spot.
t. freshman virgin homosexual living at newman hall that's never been to a frat party
Also, go to Sticky Rice if you've never been there. Best Thai food I've ever had.
skill issue. work on your drunk driving, anon.
The #9 from Jack's Cold Cuts.
The Jack Horner special
a regular sub from this place that was in my college town. there's nothing really special about it, but the cold cuts are good, the veggies are fresh, and the bread gets delivered from a local bakery daily even though it's just a generic style sub roll. i ate them nearly weekly when i lived there
Pastrami, swiss, and some kind of seasoned mayo from the local deli. It's so good I involuntarily close my eyes and groan when I bite into it
>homemade focaccia rectangle sliced in half
>bratwurst sauage, cut lengthwise
>swiss cheese
>pepperocini
>sliced black forest ham
>sour cream spread
And I love the taste of egg yolk but I'm not a retard so instead of trying to have it in the sandwich, I cook a bunch over easy and eat the eggs whites first and wipe up the yolks with the sandwich
Tuna melt with some marinara sauce spread on the top slice of toast.
