      >2 decades of fascism followed by 2 years of being the staging ground for the southern invasion of their former ally to the north
Yeah, no wonder Italians hated freedom pie so much in 1945. (Not watching your video.)

I know, silly. I just thought it was funny to post a map of Italy in 1945 as though that was just another random year and there weren't very specific circumstances that would make virtually any map of the time completely skewed.

i don't think anyone thinks that when seeing that map. it sounds like you're just making up something to get mad at

The map indicates that pizza, before the end of WW2, and according to the Italian “food historian” in the video, was only popular in the Naples area, but today is popular throughout Italy. I have no idea if this is true or not. I do know that you are too dumb to understand such maps

Which one is the "American" pizza? America does both of those, and yuros fricking love Dominos and other mediocre American fast food chains. It would be weird to post a classic margherita while claiming Americans perfected pizza. But that comment obviously wasn't directed at the plain cheese fast food pizza either. I'm confused. Also, posting twitter screen shots should be a banable offence.

margherita pizza doesn't exist in the US outside of hipster enclaves

Are you confusing hipsters with Italian-Americans? Hipsters eat bowling alley pizza except not at the bowling alley.

NTA but the chain pizza is a closer approximation of the pizza you'd get from the red sauce joints. The supposedly more authentic pizza with fresh mozz and thin crispy crust was considered a California perversion in the 80s, at least in the northeast. Nowadays, the red sauce joints have all been sold to non-italians, though some at least passed on the recipes, and the only people I know with those outdoor pizza ovens are wealthy non-italian hipsters.

every pizzeria in America serves margherita pizza, it's not some rarity that you can only get in one shop in one city in one state

I prefer the pizza on the left. I'm not a big pizza fan to start mainly because it's too coveree in greasy cheese and shitty italian meats. The sauce and bread is my favorite part.

This one is better than both of them
Swedes perfected pizza, Americans just fatty-fied the concept. Italian pizza is fine but a bit bland. Japan and Korea have the right idea but they're not adventurous enough

i hate the uneven cheese on the italian one. but i can guarantee you that the dough of the italian one tastes WAY better than the usa sloppa dough. and in the end it's also about how the bread tastes. it's an important factor.

having tasted hundreds of usa style pizza's. i have never experienced a truly delicious experience. maybe 20 years ago. but it has all gone down the drain. quality has plummeted drastically

i call it a tie. the italian one with more cheese would definitely win for sure.

The greatest Irish invention was the Potato button on the microwave.
I mean, for real for real, you just hit that thing and then dump the results in a deep fryer, then add some salt and msg, and a little bit of crisco instead of butter, and you are in goyslop heaven.

You know you can shower before and after sex. Just poop before sex and clean out the inside of your hole with trimmed fingernails and then soap your hands well and clean them.

Girls don't actually do that much. They just wash up and make sure nothing's too smelly or sticky (and generally just use WAY too much toilet paper). Gay dudes are much more careful about that shit because...they're dealing with literal shit. They're also a lot more open about it with each other because there's a lot less awkwardness surrounding sex when you haven't been fed a narrative about how those things are supposed to go down.
