I've been on a healthy diet lately and feeling incredible. Have so much energy and alertness and been losing a lot of fat. But I'm desperately craving the Slop. I know I could just get into my truck, drive to the slop dispensary, and have this shit in front of me in 20 minutes. Is it even worth it bros

slop solves a craving better sometimes. but it's also possible to stick to a diet for a little while, it's uncomfortable.

I'm not even fat btw, I'm moreso just trying to feeling better and have more energy

I moved to a low saturated fat diet 3 months ago and feel great tbh. That being said, give myself one cheat meal a week and it satisfies the goyslop craving. When you do eat it, you realize just how unhealthy fast food is; a cheeseburger with fries feels like a feast now. Used to eat that at least twice a week.

Biggest change I made is not eating any sugar or carbs that aren't accomplished by fiber. So it's basically just been fruit, quinoa, and steel cut oats. I also haven't really been eating any saturated fat but I didn't think that was the important part

If you want slop, just cook your food with crisco and msg, and add twice as much salt as the recipe axes for
If it's soup or another liquid heavy item, replace the crisco with a few splashes of soybean (vegetable) oil
