Bread + mayo and/or mustard + meat of choice + some veggies. This is not complicated. Even dumbfrick zoomtards should be able to handle this one.

Variety is key to not getting bored, so aside from the basic components (lettuce, tomato, onion, turkey, whatever) you should consider making a few types of sauce that can change up the flavor. Try balsamic vinegrette, Buffalo sauce, BBQ, Thai peanut, and tzatsiki. All of those will work on a turkey sandwich.

    >bread

    >fat-based spread eg mayo butter
    >veggies if ya nasty

Heres a formula you can adapt to suit any palate. Heres an example: brioche sandwich bread, slathered with mayo, add in some bacon and turkey cold cuts, thinly sliced tomato and a bit of honey dijon mustard. Wa la.

    Now try it for yourself

Why eat the same lunch everyday? Just get some chicken or turkey or both, ham, and some kind of cured Italian meat like gabagool or salami or pepperoni. Mix them and match them and experiment with toppings and spreads.

    my Aldi special:
    - sourdough square or boule
    - deli sliced oven roasted turkey
    - avocado, or guacamole if all the avocados are rock hatd
    - balsamic vinegar
    - arugula
    - stoBlackund mustard

comes out to about a buck each for some giant sandwiches, add bacon if you want to be fatty

you can also sub the avocado for hummus or babaghanoush, lots of variations to be made

Go to your favorite grocery store and get w.e. deli meat is on sale at the butcher.
Then I just put on onions, lettuce(preferably romaine), tomato(I make sure to scoop out the gooey parts), mustard, mayo, and pepper.

If you need to fix it once, for the whole week, nothing exists except salami that will go all 5 days. Most luncheon meat I wouldn't touch on day 4.
So, buy a microwave egg cooker, and consider peeling your already cooked eggs, mashing with a fork and turning into egg salad for days 4,5. I like sweet pickle relish or stuffed olives, or just green onion in my egg salad.
On Sunday night, you can poach a couple of chicken breasts for the same salad idea. Use your own mix-ins, starting basic and morphing it each day into a different flavor. My grocery sells prepped chicken salad with a longer shelf life, and I might only open the package for Thursday and Friday. You don't eat cheese, but a pimento cheese sandwich is okay fresh for a couple of days.
Wraps with hummus, various veggies. Smoked turkey or ham. Again, the issue is that you need to unseal a package and then only use it 3 days. The slicers in deli's need to be scrupulously clean of roast beef blood and such, too.
When you have nothing on hand at home, a breakfast sandwich for lunch, a BLT, or a protein bar, plus a tangerine is my go to. My desk will always have a nice microwaving soup container with vented lid, plus spoon, plus can of progresso for the days I forget my lunchbox.
