      I always add sea salt after cooking. I don't think the hot sauce should matter as long as you only use one high quality sauce. English muffins are great. Sometimes I prefer dark rye bread as my buttered toast.

              Hot sauce is vinegar based. I don't cook my own breakfast. Either my mother cooks breakfast or I drive or ride my motorcycle to my grandmother's condo for breakfast. If they are not around they make a big jar of pickled eggs and a side of ham or sausage with home fries that I can survive on until supper time. Lunch is often a struggle.
