    You can eat all of those things on Keto as long as the amount of carbs in the quantity you eat doesn't exceed 50g (or 30g or 20g depending on your goals and personal physiology).

      If you exercise a lot you can do like 100g or more in carbs. Carbs are needed for muscle pumps, so anything rigorous requiring fast twitch muscle fibers will always work better with carbs. It depends how much you really need.

    im currently in the process of getting surgery to get my excessive skin removed so i swapped back to a 'normal' diet and carbs just dont fill me up enough and im constantly hungry. just a couple of surgeries left then i can go back to full keto.
