throw it in the trash and replace with carbon steel or cast iron.
+ stainless steel
nonstick pans don't deserve the horrible reputation they get. There are some things you don't want to use them for, but they're perfectly good if you don't need high heat or a scratchy utensil to make your cuisine.
I kind of did by using a steam catcher bowl (wtf do they call these again?) Start them off with a few drops of water covered, then lid off, fry bottom mode. They're small so the steam part was 2 min, approx.
Look for anywhere that sells Chinese/Taiwanese (preferred) dumplings. They usually also sell baos (buns). They're good in the fridge for 4 days min, good in freezer for a month. Basically whenever you see an Asian dumpling place, just stop in, say hi, figure out what they sell, what's popular. Anyone that opens up a dumpling shop has a screw loose for sure, but they're our kind of people. That's how I found my current place, I think it just says >Dumpling
or some shit, lol. Next time I go I'll buy some of their dumplings and review them for Culinaly. I just like their default baos so much it's all I ever get.
You will probably try to argue with me, but you shouldn't. I used to think as you do but on a number of occasions I felt the presence and changed my mind. Make of that what you will, but that's all I am going to say.
Apparently dumplings, whole fish, and ribs. Dumplings because chinks gonna chink, whole fish because you're unlikely to finish the whole fish, and therefore have something left over (abundance), and ribs because you stack them higer and higher, just as you will increase in your career/school/whatever. This is a Taiwanese-American viewpoint (not me)

Absolutely

You should steam them first, and then use more oil to fry.

Because this is this week's bao thread and it's still Lunar New Year, which is the "more correct" Chinese New Year food, bao or dumpling?
