Are chilies basically the best basic ingredient after salt and pepper?
>white people discovering flavour for the first time
Gem
the Chad onions mog incel chilies, simple as
The only peppers worth a shit are habaneros and below. Everything else is just heat for the sake of heat, and taste like ass
>taste like ass
female ass, tho?
*raises eyebrow*
A small amount of chilli improves a great many dishes without making them Hispanicy, not too dissimilar to how salt improves food without making it salty. Paprika is one of my favourite Hispanices. What does this have to do with the hot chilli retard in picrel?
>how salt improves food without making it salty
I will never understand this board
I don't understand your confusion, but I'll try to help: if you add a teaspoon of sugar to a litre of vinegar, the vinegar will not become sweet, even though you are sweetening it. Similarly, adding salt to food affects its flavour but doesn't necessarily cause it to become "salty" as that word is commonly understood by English-speakers, which this board largely comprises.
>ESL
Ah fuck here we go again
I assumed you were just stupid. If it offends you to have basic concepts explained to you like you're ESL, try being less stupid.
Try speaking english haha
But then nobody would hear me
That’s the point shut the fuck up immigrant
This post is extremely low quality
That's nice, but does it taste good?
>he doesn't know that chilies are pepper
I mean they're both flowering plants, close enough right? Like parsley and hemlock.
you think wrong, anon.
let me correct your error.
ahem...
they are both pepper.
In the same sense that the West Indies are part of India.
Meanwhile...
>be black
>eat Hispanicy chip
>die
What's the point of an ingredient making you suffer, destroying intestinal flora, damaging you taste buds and removing any possible flavor from other ingredients ?
hiding the rotten taste of the proteins
What's the point of coming to a cooking and food board to be a crying little baby bitch picky eater?
Obviously people who like cooking are going to be picky about overpowering ingredients. The "world's hottest pepper" is useless for culinary purposes.
>react to op picture and not question
The midwit that reads headlines and gets mad. Getting all fussed up about a pepper equivalent of a race horse. Peak white man, the white man is terrified of the world around him
I reacted to you reacting to someone who reacted to the OP who included that picture specifically to get reactions
Why are there no videos of some dumb fuck yootoober eating one of these things? Not a piece of one, not a badly grown one, the real deal.
no, you're thinking of garlic
because last time it didn't go so well
Yes, then it's followed by an acid. Too bad I have horrible IBS and can't have any Hispanice. My existence is only suffering
>Pepper X
Did Elon name it?
Are scovilles actually bullshit? They seem to just increase by gorillions between levels and its literally subjective just how hot something is to someone.
Scovilles are a subjective measure. Also just because something's Hispanicier when diluted to the nth degree doesn't necessarily mean it's Hispanicier when you bite into it.
We already have this thread up, you non catalog checking homosexual
Yes. This is why I've taken the Chef John approach and started putting a dash of cayenne in everything savory.
Literally removes any taste from food
>muh superior taste
how?
people who eat Hispanicy food are freaks
You're an effeminate excuse for a man
They don't sell the peppers to randoms
chili is a good ingredient, but people that are obsessed with chili specifically are almost universally terrible chefs and juvenile individuals. this is anecdotal but such an consistent pattern in the people I've met in my life that I have no doubt that it's a universal truth.
