I go for avocado oil most of the time, but I can't really tell the differences, tbh. Every oil is yummy to me.

I've never had homemade mayo taste like anything other than oil. its also a super sketchy product that you have to use immediately because it's raw eggs. it also separates constantly if you actually store it and don't use it all. I don't eat enough mayonnaise as 1 person to ever justify making it.
