Microwave Burritos

I like Tinas Bean and Cheese burrito. Its simple and just works. Yet I looked it up online and people HATE it. I can not believe this.
This is the main argument:
>blah blah theres not enough cheese, wheres the cheese?
So? in my experience cheese ruins the flavor in a microwave burrito making it cheap tasting

Tina's is good and cheap but I would say the pinnacle of frozen burrito is actually Jose Ole or Don Miguel, or El monterey

I like to microwave those in a moist paper towel then cover it in salsa when I take it out.

I adore em. The beef, bean, cheese, chile, was delicious catfood burro. Baked is best. Sadly, I can only find your variety which is a tad bit dry. Still good, tho. Frick the haters.

I remember trying tinas burritos and not loving them, but I love the XXL tinas burritos you can get loose at walmart. But for me it's gotta be these frickers

The El monterrey are great except for the one you posted potato Black. The red label is best.
      T. The one slav that hates potatoes kek
But the one anon is right about frozen cheese, they should just not make a bean and cheese burrito, I believe Tina's has one that is just beans and another that is beans and 'meat'
T also used to work frozen at my grocery store.

    >in my experience cheese ruins the flavor in a microwave burrito making it cheap tasting
So why buy one that has "Cheese" as one of the star ingredients?

My mom bought me the non-meat versions before or other bean N' cheese burrito brands because I like bean and cheese tacos from restaurants.

It's absolutely not the same shit. The microwave version tastes nasty. Get a bean N' cheese taco from a mex restaurant and you will taste the difference.

    Only real homies remember Marquez
This is the only remaining image of their existence online, I remember google being able to find images of the package but they've now vanished in recent years. The only proof of their existence I can find is the trademark.

Frick me, that reminds me I forgot to pick some up last night. These things are good baked in the oven. One of the last bastions of decently priced food, now that ramen is 40 cents a package for the budget nissin and maruchan brands.

I used to eat the El Monterey in the red package all the time like 20 years ago.
I wonder how they fare today. I should try em out.

I was in high school when I ate them so my pallet wasn't very refined back then.
But I'm betting comfort will make it taste good if I tried them again.
