    >Mom

My mom likes baking tons of different types of cookies.

She tweaks old recipes she finds until they taste perfect then writes them down and continues to make them like the ones she liked best.

At Christmas she makes trays for everyone she knows with 25-30 types of cookies that are better than you can imagine.
I bragged this to my chef girlfriend and she thought I was full of shit until she tasted them… now that she’s my fiancé, mom makes her her own tray of her favorites and one of mine and another of every type mom made….

My grandma does more of the baking, but my mom can make a mean cheesecake.

My mom once made an Eiffel Tower out of pate that was over five feet tall for a party, no one would eat it because it was too pretty, so she knocked it over on the table and we all ate pate until we were comatose

One dude is clowning on this, and you might be joking, but this sort of meal, the sort of meal a mom cooks after her second shift using the last of her pantry, this sort of meal tastes good in a way you'll miss forever.

In case you're not being a dick, I didn't mean to rub it in your face. It can be nice to remember how the people we've lost have made us happy in the past.

What did your mama use to make? Without any irony, I bet it was good, anon.
