        Sorta similar. I cook a ham steak and eggs most morning for breakfast. Getting used to the new stove and cookware, but if the pan it just hot enough to boil butter, you can drop a ham steak in it, and the middle part will puff out from all the steam being made under it and the edges will fry up nicely. Gives the edge of it a nice curve when you flip. After the flip you can crack an egg on the steak and it'll cook there as the little bit of bowling on the edges keep it in place. Then I just top the pan and let the egg cook to a softer medium and serve. The ham steak acting as a buffer between the egg and pan, idk why, but best tasking eggs I've ever had. The unevenness of the stove top make the weight of the egg push it over the lip of the ham steak. Very unideal for the dish I want to make. I mean, it's still just as great as a ham steak and over medium eggs, but I want those special tastey hamtop eggs.
