Should this be at a tilt?

Yes, it's a northern latitude and the earth is a sphere. It would be more accurate to warp the map, but a tilt will do

Norwegian viltgryte with reindeer/moose and served with mashed potatoes is pretty good.

How come so much European food is devoid of texture? Everything is boiled minced and mashed unless it's fried in lard or tallow

Lots of euro recipes are old and come from a time when people selected food for hardiness, availability and dietary value. Texture is a luxury that we afford ourselves now that we live in advanced societies... But some countries haven't caught up to that part yet and still eat like peasants kek

Some of the recipes call for cold pressed oils. Bean oil literally originated in northern yerop.

They stole that from the sami/finns.
norwies have the worst food selection of all northern countries.

Idk I don't eat that shit how would I rank it? I'll take the little swedish meatballs over the rotted fish carcasses if that's what you're asking but if you put a banana on my pizza I'll punch you out

Finnish food is generally bland except mämmi and blood pancakes (which I think are a swedish import, anyway).

Nah, it's their own uralic shit. Estonians do that too.

    >widely mocked and derided
It is indeed "widely mocked and derided" by subhumans, but since ((Sweden)) betrayed the north, rest assured, the situation will soon be corrected.

i know russians are technically chinese but i (a cajuBlack person) lived with a russian in kazakhstan for a few months and was subject to that many russian/kazakh feedings and they were good. they season their food and cook it well, they just use sour/rancid instead of hot. i found myself squeezing lemons over shit in the states i would have asked for hot sauce with.
