Clean you keyboard, throw away that cringe Yu-Gi-Oh mat, use plates and stop eating literal dog crap from paper monopoly boards. None of these things are things that strangers on the internet should have to tell you by the way, and I'm saddened that i had to do it anyway.
Turned in to lunch because I woke up so late. Fresh homemade bread, with homemade garlic and horseradish mayo. Topped with spinach, a poached egg, and a cheese sauce.
>garlic and horseradish mayo
that sounds wild. what recipe do you use anon?
No recipe. Half an egg yolk (no white). dijon mustard. I used some powdered bullion for the salt. About a teaspoon or two of lemon juice. Added peanut oil with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil. Mixed in the oil a few drops at a time stirring like a madman. Used the magic bullet to mash up the bit of garlic and horseradish. Added that at the end. I don't think I'll make more now that I know mayo is a load of oil and raw egg. Don't use more than 1/8 of the oil as olive oil or the olive oil will overpower nearly all of the taste
This reminds me, I made a scramble bowl of eggs, onions, peppers and pastrami. Never hard pastrami before but with how good it came out, I will be having it much more often.
I am looking into getting a smoker, love brisket and burnt ends. Occasionally I see whole raw Beef briskets going on sale for 2.50 a pound, but it is simply too much for me to process without a chest freezer and smoker. One of those things I am ok in trading off a bit of taste and price for convenience of Deli sliced.
im sure it tastes fine but dont you enjoy the challenge of cooking eggs properly?
Who cares that looks tasty
A real man needs some hash.
a can of hash and some coffee, a true man of culture.
A real man uses fresh corned beef
>fresh corned beef
oxymoron, as corned beef by definition is preserved.
Eggs, bacon and some hash is a real brekky.
wait until mine is done and you'll see what mine looks like
Here it is.

I suspect that that anon is too far gone for cleaning up its keyboard.
what the fuck
now that is fucking sloppa
it's just what a picture of actual food looks like if you don't spend time perfectly arranging it and setting up a few lamps for lighting.
No no no, shhhhhhhh be easy child
It's sloppa
What is it?
sausage and hashbrowns
I’ve never seen one before, no one has, but I’m guessing it’s a white hole.

Thanks.

what do you do with the other half of the egg yolk?
I add it to the bag in my freezer with the rest of my kitchen scraps. At the end of the week I make a stew.
There's four there. Just for the colour and to look nice.

Did you make the pastrami yourself?

i rarely make "breakfast" food, usually just reheat whatever was left from yesterday's dinner. so today it was gnocchi in blue cheese sauce
