Ok fr I am a very fat frick after years of eating absolute shit, and I realised that I don’t want to die early because of this. I am planning on doing a fully vegan diet to shed weight fast. None of this ultra processed vegan shit like beyond burgers either, only whole plants, nuts and mushrooms. Only drinks will be water, herbal teas and black coffee.

Does anybody have any good recipes for this diet to make this experience as easy as possible?

All I can say is, make sure to eat enough calories. Don't be afraid to eat sweet fruit or avocados or nuts, more calorie dense foods. Some people do smoothie blends or juices of fruit mixed with greens. Salads are easy. Just throw spinach in a bowl and some cherry tomatoes and a chopped avocado and shaved carrots. Otherwise it's easy to just cut up a bowl of fruit and eat it or if it's a more compact fruit like apple or banana just eat that by itself. You can take fruit anywhere and eat it without preparation. It's fast food.

You don't need to do some stupid diet. Just count your calories and try to walk for an hour every day

Doing things fast is a bad idea, mate. Slow and steady wins the race.
Like this annon said, walk. Don't run. Don't lift. Just walk. IDK how fat and out of shape you are but walking in the morning sun does wonders. Start by walking just a little bit, and increase the distance as you get used to it. It's more important to do it everyday at the same time than the distance. Water, green/herbal tea is ok. If you're addicted to coffee don't go cold turkey, just minimalize caffeine slowly. Homecooking, with unprocessed/minimal processed ingredients is good. Meat and eggs are important. Don't get a dog to do the walks - dogs are annoying, other dog owners are even worse. It'll waste a lot of money and time.

While I admire your spirit, it's as shrimple as cutting out fast food and processed foods and eating less and walking for an hour or more a day. Just youtube vegans and how deathly and sick they look

you don't need to go vegan
just eat less than you expend
no seriously that's all there is to it
having some balance is good but there is no reason to cut meat and dairy
compare pictures of vegans and steppe nomads who eat only meat and milk and tell me who looks healthier

you know vegan protein powder exists, right?

Terrible idea, do not do this. You will not get enough protein to feel satiated, and you'll rebound immediately.
Just eat meat... but in smaller portions and without dessert or excessive fatty sauces. If you just cut out desserts/soda/etc, you can actually eat a surprising amount of food.

You are going from one extreme to the other, and will fail. Just cut out processed shit, eat less, and add walks into your schedule. You can easily lose 2lb/wk (don’t try and go over this, as crash diets can frick you immensely long term) by eating at a 1k calorie deficit, which will be easier if you start exercising at all.

Legumes and grains. You can use oat groats as rice, which have better nutritional quality.

Cook your oats and some legumes. Add some oil (extra virgin olive oil if health is your motivation) and something acid like lemon juice or vinegar. You can then use different seasonings depending on what kind of flavours you want. If you wanted a chilli kind of flavor for example you would use kidney beans, basil, oregano, paprika, chilli powder, cumin and lemon juice. Then you can add chopped red onion and bell pepper.

The oil is important because it works like a solvent for flavor and communicates it to your tongue better.

Lentils and oats are a convenient combo as you can boil them together.

Basically just eat meat and veg

The problem with CICO is it doesn't take into account body composition, i.e. maintaining muscle along with fat. Eating a vegan diet will tank your test, along with losing muscle due to no protein/amino acids.

The other problem is some foods just aren't satiating, so you're 1500 cals of chips won't satiate like 1500 cals of steak. So you still get hungry on your deficit, and you feel inclined to eat more.

You have to remodel what your diet is like, and what a proper diet for a human should look like, not just eat sawdust for a period of time so you can lose weight, then get so tired of it that you just revert back to your old eating habits

If you're a fat frick, you're a junk food addict, plain and simple. You need to cut out the junk food, not give it to yourself in smaller doses.

Junk food is the equivalent of recreational drugs

The real trick is to add monosodium glutamate to your healthy food to give it that sinful taste. In every recipe that requests a certain amount of salt, chop that number in half, then add the same amount of msg.
Like say a recipe wants 2.76 grams of salt. You will then use 1.38 grams of iodized salt, and 1.38 grams of monosodium glutamate, and it will taste just like goyslop!

I go through about 3litres of olive oil every couple weeks. You like fat. Eat fat. Fried rice and crispy potatoes soaked in oil are my favorite. If your food sticks hard to the plate it sticks hard inside you. Pro sugar, animal fat, corn syrup. It's the only shit I can't burn off. But I love bbq sauce

Your life is not a video game. You can’t just grind out health. You can set your direction. Do that. You say you’ve been eating badly for your whole life, why would you suddenly have the capability to make major changes in your eating? Clearly you haven’t been able to before. The root of the problem is not your diet (your diet is still a problem) it’s whatever internal/external environment you’ve built for yourself that allows you to eat and look like shit. The difficulty in “losing the weight” isn’t losing the weight. That’s easy. Just do meth or whatever. The hard part is changing your *life*. The ways you think about food, the ways you relax, who you hang out with, where you go, etc. all of these contribute to your bad eating. You’re not overweight and eating like shit because you live a life that’s conducive to eating well and being fit. Clean up your diet, say, 10% for a week (I.e. replace 10% of your meals with good clean ones). Maybe during that week try to walk 2-3 days. Then keep building on that scale. Slowly and surely you’ll make it.

To put it another way, do you think it would be easy to just begin speaking Chinese one day? No, obviously not. You’ve been speaking English (or whatever) your whole life. You live an English life. Now imagine if you had to, off motivation alone, just keep speaking Chinese to your friends, family, only eat at Chinese restaurants, etc. It would be unbelievably hard. But, if your goal is to be as Chinese as possible, then you could start by learning a few words every day, catch an episode of a Chinese show, make some Chinese friends. Slowly, but surely, you’ll get better. You need to reshape your internal (I.e. how you conceptualize food, what you believe is acceptable, your standards for yourself, if you believe you can actually change) and external (fat friends/gf you eat bad food with, alcohol, restaurants you frequent) environment to become the person you want to be.
