      Anybody got any good gluten free crust recipes? I’ve used coconut flour and it worked once, but you MUST do cold butter otherwise it won’t vibe correctly

      Your whipped cream looks thick as frick, mine never holds and start to melt almost instantly. Did you add some stabilizer ?

        no i just whisked it a lot. ten seconds more and it would have been too much. i went by mouthfell rather than look.
        heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla.

      managed to make 2 good ones and one thats mostly whipped cream before i ran out of everything. good thing i doubled the whipped cream. worked out well. ghram crackers pucks are pretty hard so itll probably be impossible to eat with a spoon. i don't care.
      im done. time to clean and have dinner which will probably be fast food. catch you anons in one of those threads. thanks for coming to my thread.

        no. i just found it online. i add probably a tbsp of vanilla to the topping, and double the amount of whipping cream so you have more topping to go with the extra filling you're left with. also the chocolate shavings on top is what i always do.
        glad people think it looks nice.

        alright so I'm pretty stoked about this. I wasn't sure how I was going to get these pucks in the bottom of these cups, so I came up with just pressing down a bunch of graham cracker stuff into the bottom of the cup with a shot glass and just tapping it out. The grease from the butter lubricated the cup so that It was able to fall out. no I've got these perfect little graham cracker pucks that'll fit perfectly inside the cups.

            these are mostly for my neighbors actually. theyve given me snacks and drinks around the holidays but i never gave them anything besides a little handyman help. so i figured id make them parfaits with whats left.

      if you do try the silk pie make sure you whisk the filling an absolute ton. you need to incorporate lots of air into it. i mixed it for like 15 minutes.

    I have a trash gnome that live in my cupboard
    She collects all of it and refines it into gnome moonshine which she sells to other gnomes in the hollowhaven

      the paleness is due to all the air mixed in. it should be a light color. is very chocolatey.

      double the whipping cream and add about a tbsp of vanilla to it. i just add some as im mixing untill it tastes right.
