Bianco in Italian. Blanco is Spanish.
I like it, btw, but it's more a bakery thing than a pizzeria thing where I'm from.

Oh ok, blanco and bianco. At which point are you gonna admit spanish and italian is basicaly the same language ?

Anyway, I get what you say, I use it mostly as replacement for table bread or for apéritif.

            lol
I say it all the time! And I say French is just Italian with a stomach bug and Portuguese is retarded Spanish lmao
            >replacement for table bread or for apéritif.
Yeah, that's how we do it, too. Or as a walking-home-from-the-bakery-with-today's-bread snack.

Nah French is completly different because half of it is germanic and we have retarded special rules and exceptions everywhere.

Still, we can all understand each other. Well Italians can more easily understand the French and Spaniards than either can understand us, but we're still pretty mutually intelligible.

      It's a focaccia, innit?

No, focaccia is a specific bread, pizza Bianca is thinner like a typical pizza paste

Without cheese, a pizza bianca is just seasoned flatbread.

If you're going to call it a pizza then nay... it's a flatbread plain and simple.

No, if baked at high temperature and thin dough it is a pizza. if lower and thicker dough is focacica.
