RAW Meat diet

I already know eating plants is mostly bullshit , I removed it from my life. But I’m not sure if raw meat diet is the most optimal choice here.

What do you guys think? What are the pros and cons of raw meat diet??

Anybody here has any experiences eating raw meat??

Well, you evolved to be omnivorous and you have also evolved to eat cooked meat. So maybe stop being moronic?
Or start eating high meat and do us all a favor.

A close friend of mine struggled with raw meat for a little under a year. It started with him eating raw beef meatballs and raw Bacon strips. He eventually went on to eat grocery store salmon raw over rice and frying chicken cutlets and begging Texas Roadhouse for blue steaks. The final straw for his body was a habit of buying boneless chicken thighs and making homemade chicken and avocado sushi. It wasn't long before he started pissing blood out of his bunghole. This individual has been in therapy to address his food addiction. Both of his parents are doctors from Eastern Europe, perhaps it says something about US immigration policies in the years following 1965.

He's lucky not to have organ failure from bacterial infection.
RAW diet doesn't mean RAW. It means minimally processed.
Please, for the love of fricking GOD, learn some basic nutrition and cooking skills before you decide to go on a diet that is completely counter to 99% of all Human food culture.
Tartar does NOT mean eating ground beef straight from the package. Whatever the frick cuts of meat that is on the right side of his plate could better be obtained by quickly searing whatever cut it came from and just eating the rare innards. That would minimize the prospects of some contamination left behind from processing & packaging getting into him.
FWIW, I ate a tiny bit of raw chuck the other day that I had left behind from making jerky. But, I cleaned my knife after I processed it and the extremely tiny portion I ate (about the size of my pinky nail) came directly from the middle of the cut, where it's relatively safe, and I made sure that it never came into contact with anything that had ever touched the raw surface (AKA my cutting board and countertop).
Please research the shit you put into your body, be it food or drug. Or ... otherwise..
      Ya weirdos.

      >low carb
The natural human diet is mostly fruit. The macro proportions of your diet should mimic that of your early ancestors who spent all day foraging for fruits while eating the occasional animal they managed to catch.
This would be common sense but most men have been deeply confused by their childhood memories of cartoons of cavemen eating nothing but mammoths and they think their masculinity is somehow tied to their diet, which need to be entirely meat to prove that they're real manly men.

If you were a carnivore then you would look like a carnivore. The frick do you think your fingers are for? Ripping prey apart with your pitiful grip strength and flat, blunt fingernails?

humans in nature hunt by throwing things like rocks and sticks at prey
1 animal has more calories than 1000 fruits

It took literal hundreds of thousands of years before early humanoids started throwing rocks. This is why you guys end up with such moronic diets; you base your understanding of what foods the human body and digestive system evolved around by appealing to the learned behavior of humans that took place hundreds of thousands of years after our bodies developed the structure they have.

The human body is specialized for manipulating branches and picking fruit, similar to other frugivorous animals. It did not develop in response to a need for the ability to throw a spear. It just happened that, very far down the road, we eventually learned that we're good at throwing things.

If you look at the hunter-gatherer societies that still exist today then you'll see them hunting with bows and arrows but that doesn't mean that our fingers evolved in order to better grasp the string of a bow.

Literally the only place in the world where a raw meat diet isn't totally moronic is in the arctic north, and that's because raw seal meat is an important source of carbohydrates when you live in a barren wasteland where edible plants are hard to come by. Even then, it's a shit diet and possibly the only traditional diet in the world that's worse for your heart than the modern western diet.

Yeah, but nuts and root vegetables have tons of calories. Pretty much every hunter-gatherer diet is primarily based on some sort of high-calorie plant, followed by meat/fish and low-calorie vegetables.

Carnivore isn't bad, but we're really omnivores and any food will sustain us. If you go carnivore eat some organ meats too for folic acid and vitamin C. And fish for iodine and omega 3.

I think there may be a slightly elevated risk of heart disease and cancer with a carnivore diet. You will probably be less at risk for things like diabetes, kidney stones or anemia. For anti oxidants you can try adding stuff like nuts and berries to your diet.

It's VERY healthy for you. Especially raw chicken. You will be ripped in no time. I suggest a raw chicken diet for 3 weeks.
