    Funny enough I bought a bottle of this last week and I thought it was pretty good. Also Tabasco sriracha is surprisingly good. Never tried the rooster knock off brands (goose and eagle).

    It does suck though fr fr. I know the farmers that grew the peppers are selling their own sauce but I've never seen it anywhere, we'll never get huy fong with that patch of American-grown peppers ever again.

    Well that's never happening because Huy Fong's founder's business bro son-in-law tried to frick the farmers and just ended up fricking himself. Even the real rooster sauce just isn't as good anymore. It's time to start branching out to find a new one that you like, there are a lot of strong competitors out there now.

    I genuinely prefer Flying Goose over Huy Fong now, and don't miss my sriracha having a rooster on the bottle anymore
    Tabasco also has a very competitive offering if you're shopping around for a new sriracha

    Sriracha was never good its just a meme that took off because it's the only thing in Walmart that's not generic cholula and Tabasco tier and you could call it "wiener sauce"
