        If the whey came from a ferment, like yogurt or kefir, drink that shit, it's a probiotic drink. You could also use it as a fertilizer for plants, or even a starter for other veggie ferments and/or sourdough.

        If you boiled the milk to make a cheese, I guess it still has protein.
