I'd say Fire = Hot (context-dependent, Fire is better for anything with beef or steak while Hot is better for beans/chicken) > Breakfast Salsa (great but only with their breakfast items) >>> Mild (bland) > Diablo (too acidic, only went well with those flatbread things they did a few year ago)

For me, it was the Verde sauce

      >Release the tasty and inexpensive chicken verde burrito
      >Axe it ~2 weeks later
      >Continue churning out inedible iterations of rice/chipotle sauce/"fiesta strips"
      >That'll be $8 pendejo
      >Classic Combo isn't even an option at a lot of places anymore bc how dare someone prefer the cheap fan-favorites
They've lost the mandate of heaven. I spit on Taco Bell.

It took a while to grow on me, but now I'm an addict. Couldn't go back to fire sauce now. Never had the bottled version though.
The red habanero el yucateca () actually tastes pretty similar, but a little hotter and a little better. I prefer it over the green.

I like the Diablo sauce, the acidity goes well with tomatoes. For the bean and cheese or five layer burritos I'll open the burrito up and add a couple packs of hot sauce and Diablo. Mild mixes good with the Diablo too if you want more flavor.

Diablo is such a stupid name for something that isn't even as Hispanicy as "standard" hot sauces like Tabasco.
