    Salt is le bad anon, you should really cut back on it, even though it's crucial for basic cellular function and excess salt is easily filtered out by the kidneys

      repeated incidence of high blood pressure aren't good for your circulatory system regardless of the fact that they aren't permanent, damage is still done for the duration that your bp was elevated.

      if you already have poor circulatory health a single large instance of high bp could induce cardiac arrest. same reason people have heart attacks from stress.

      Pearl River is the best dark soy I've used.

    I drink a bit of good (real) pickle brine when hung over in the morning. None of that Vlassic slop.
