    The ox tails look burnt.
    Nice ox tails should nice brown gravy, slow cooked to where the meat is almost falling off the bone. You can tear it off with just fork.
    The mac and cheese looks gross.
    Mac and cheese is a very easy to frick up dish and varies from person to person. The sweet potatoes or yams look okay but again depends on whose making them if they taste good.
    Some people go overboard with molasses it you lose the sweet potato tastes.
