Let's talk about alternatives to mayonnaise. I'm trying Greek yogurt and hummus.

Works great but I don't use it

Olive oil in mayo? quail eggs? honey? Seriously kys.

Quail eggs are a super food, retard. They don't contain salmonella, either.

            Quail are darn cute.

My favorite part about cute quail is the fact that you can pick them up without a fight.

quail is even more likely to have salmonella because their egg production isnt as big of a part of the supply chain and is under less scrutiny. it's also for this same reason that quail farmers are magnitudes more likely to sweet positive salmonella tests under the rug and just sell the product anyway.

That’s not mayo. That’s an emulsion with some awkward ingredients in it.

I'm israeli and we're forbidden to consume soybean oil.

Oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt.
It’s a bit work compared to making mayo but worth it if you like garlic.

    So you're replacing a condiment with side-dishes?
