          Yeah, I marinated it in soy sauce, oil, and corn starch for a while before dredging it in corn starch

            Nice.

            Only recommendation would be if the chicken gets too tough you can consider brining it for a few hours in some salt and baking soda to soften it. Otherwise you've pretty much got the perfect pre-sleep snack there.

              I used thighs so it was good, didn't overcook it this time luckily. I haven't explored much with chicken breast outside of hammering it and making some tendies
