The way you eat food is important

Often dishes have a certain way you should eat it. Like sushi you are suposed to dip it in soy sauce. I met a few autists all german that would first eat french fries then eat meat then eat sauce.
Im asking poeple that eat sequentially like a robot why do you do this? Its not that they dont like certain part of a dish. They eat all of it but just in a stupid way.

A dish is meant to be eaten a certain way. A dish is a combination of products.
Why order a burger and then eat bun and a patry separate.
You might as well eag only bread one day and only meat another and only lettuce another. Whats the point.

I sometimes order a burger and eat the bread first then the patty with the other stuff on it.

As a German i've never seen that. You'd rather first eat the meat as an animal had to die for it and then the sides.

Or you take a piece of meat then a piece of French fry dip it in sauce then meat etc.

Makes sense, research has said that the best order to maintain stable blood glucose levels is: Vegetables first, proteins and fats second, starches and sugars last
so yes sauce is normally sugar, this is out of order but your body doesn’t process sugar differently whether it came from a sugar beet, an agave plant, or a mango. As soon as a fruit is denatured and processed and its fiber is extracted, it becomes sugar like any other sugar. just know that this is important for energy, have more vingear too near each meal

Food research is bulshit in general. Research has shown 100ds of different diets.
      Food should be mixed.
Imagine eating pasta with nothing then slurping sauce with a spoon.

it most certainly does. sucrose and glucose are used immediately by the body for energy fructose is converted by your liver in to fat.

You shouldn't give your sushi a soy sauce bath. It's already perfectly sauced.

great way to tell the culture of a man, tbh

the food should be eaten in the order the chef placed the items on the plate. the side dishes and garnishes should be eaten first, and you should make your way to the final act.

every meal is like a live performance of culinary art. you wouldn't watch act 3 of a shakespeare play before act 2 and 1, would you?

blind people enjoy food more than us because their other senses are heightened. they couldn't give a FRICK about how the food looks or comes out. it just has to taste good.

that's meme larp bullshit. blind people are homosexuals anyway.
why don't you just blend your meals into a smoothie and drink it? should taste the same, right?

      >every meal is like a live performance of culinary art. you wouldn't watch act 3 of a shakespeare play before act 2 and 1, would you?

Eating a meal like that is like watching act 1 with only one character/actor then watching again act 1 with another character/actor then watching act 1 again with another character/actor

If meal is a play all characters are meant to appear in same time and influece each other. So your analogy goes against your idea.
      So in terms of Shakespeare
Only listening to Samson then only listening to Gregory then only officer and his lines.

The chef will always plan the dish around the star of the show, so it's the first thing to be plated. It will then be complemented by various different things.

It's just like how if you're planning a concert, you'd book the headliner first, and then pad it out with support acts. However, when you come to the live experience, you experience the support acts first, to build context and excitement for the main star.

Again a bad analogy. It like going to a rock band concert and first 20 min listening to bass player only, next 20 min listening to only a guitar, next 20 min drums, then acapela singer.

          Anonymous

          >so it's the first thing to be plated.
how would I know that and also depending on the dish that could be lettuce or shredded cabbage.

          your opinion is discarded.

Why do you like eating empty bread?

          it's not.

          >then eat sauce.
So they just sit there at the end of the meal eating all the sauce and didn't use any on the rest of the food? I don't believe that.

reading something in to what I said that I did not say.

          >not eating the salad first for the fiber
          ngmi

bad news cubby. salad has very little fiber.

It's called eating in courses. I used to do it a lot more when I was younger. in my case I usually eat something first that is not as good when it cools down.

    so fries before anything else.
    or taco before enchilada

most other times it's my least favorite thing first saving the best thing for last.
    salad
    potato
    steak
    or
    salad
    asparagus
    steak
