yes, actually. Koreans don't just will themselves into eating less. they eat stuff like tteokbokki and ramen sandwiches instead of fried grease

After some thought I have decided that macros are a red herring when it comes to normie level weight loss. There are good and bad foods representing each macro. (If youre going to single digit bf% or are an intermediate lifter or an athlete, then theyre meaningful of course.)

all the worst "carbs" are at least half fat by energy content

But many of the worst carbs are sugar water. ~100% carbs by calorie.

Fat people think feeling hungry for a few hours will kill them.

A few hours? I can't go 15 minutes. I once robbed a little kid of his half eaten snickers. He said I was a bad man but I laughed and said he was a homosexual

They unironically do believe this, or feel this way, they are truly panicked and if you suggest not eating for a while, even just skipping 1 meal they take it like you proposed russian roulette.

There are always obese ppl on hn talking about how hard it is to lose weight, intense cravings etc, and im never quite sure whether theyre for real or if minor dieting makes them "intensely hungry" in the same way that they "went to failure" when they did 15 reps on the leg machine.

Fat "people" don't feel hunger. They have completely fucked their systems and are beasts overridden by cravings for sugar. Fat people think wanting food=hunger, but they don't know what hunger actually feels like. They have a craving for something and don't know how to differentiate said craving from real hunger.

Literally true, ketopsychos can't produce a single peer reviewed study on their crackpot theories while every single study points towards fats being bad and carbs being good.
