I just did the math comparing what I know of my local Aldi prices and what OP shows in the pic and, surprisingly, my tally was exactly $100. My family and I don't buy so much prepackaged food and we don't tend to get produce at Aldi. In fact, we rarely shop there since the prices are for shit these days compared to the quality of products and we're both "ethnic" and Aldi don't sell literally anything save frozen mixed vegetables (quick dinner side, my dude), smoked salmon and the occasional squash that we use.
We spend about $300/month feeding two adults and a first grader.

        >smoked salmon
What’s your go to source on this? For the size I’ve never seen a better price than Costco.

What do you mean? The smoked salmon at Aldi and Lidl are $4 for 3oz and drop down to $3 when on offer (or $2 when on managers special).
          Can't beat that, I don't think.

Yes, don't look at Labor Participation rates! Just trust the OFFICIAL unemployment numbers! GDP growth is real, don't look at how it gets revised every quarter! Paying higher prices for food and rent is GOOD and CAPITALISM is winning! Thank Science!

I believe it but the products on the right are not things you need to get weekly and I imagine the dishwasher pods alone were over twenty bucks and you'll be set for a while on those.

Boneless skinless, like OP bought, is around that $2.99/lb price tag. Still, deboning thighs is not difficult so I kinda see your point.
