Most mammals on Earth eat twice a day or less. Generally, the most carnivorous animals is, the less it eats, herbivores it all day long cause cellulose is difficult to break down. Why would our species be different? We're definitively not herbivores. Up until the last few centuries most people "fasted" by simple necessity as food supply was dictated by harvests and seasons and livestock.

Many people in poor health lose their appetites and have to practically force themselves to eat. Read this book before reading anything from a news company ever again, and then realize that every single piece of news is fake and gay brainwashing, literally an act of war on the most sacred vessel of your existence, an aggression on the mind itself.

The only reasonable response is to kill these people. They are trying to hide behind 5th generation warfare but it doesn't change what they are doing. You have to kill them in self defense.

I really hate all the heckin' science freaks who don't understand how to interpret a study.
    >intermittent fasting is often used as a weight loss regimen and therefore selects for people who are already unhealthy
    >oooooh my god unhealthy people are doing things to lose weight and some unhealthy people died in the meantime!!!!! Correlation equals causation!!!! We did it reddit!!!!!!

It's very tiring. And it's exactly the same thing with so many of these fricking studies. You know that one that said people with poor dental health have a higher risk of heart attacks and strokes? Exactly the same half-truth bullshit peddled by people who ought to know better. And the actual researchers in both cases said that they could NOT prove a causal link but the heckin' science chunguses grabbed it and drove it until the wheels fell off.

I read something during Covid from one of these sites that said "studies show Aspirin bad for you?!" right arounf the clot shot scandal and I started taking it whenever I felt ill or sick, when I got headaches, with some tylenol. I don't get headaches anywhere near as much, my blood pressure is normal and my cholesterol is normal, no heart issues.

I was forced to get it for work and I can't believe how much they were shilling against aspirin during that time. They were trying to kill people off.

I knew several people that had polio as children. All of them had a bad arm that was barely usable, if at all, and they could barely walk as well. They were my teachers in the 70's and early 80's. They were good people that didn't deserve what life delt them, but they took it and made sure their kids didn't have to deal with a life like that. They taught because that's kind of the main decent job they could do. I know you think you're edgy and funny, but it's wearing thin and everyone knows you're full of shit. And we aren't laughing or "taking your advice." Yeah, you got me, made me respond, I'll give you a 3/10. Now run along and go play outside.

Bet this was caused by people just eating shitty food all at once, or eating too little of shitty food. It makes no sense at all that it would have the same effect otherwise. Dieters are people who in large part of composed of those who need to be dieting, there is a struggle. This conflict presents it's self in a lot of destructive ways. Binging even if limited, eating shit foods on a deficit, badly supplemented fad diet foods like meat, or veggie only.

I have lost (and gained, of course) close to 100lb multiple times though I'm currently in the skinny part of the cycle. I smoke, drink, and do drugs. I am awake all night and asleep most of the day, and my lifestyle is almost entirely sedentary. I also eat once a day, and it's probably slop or if I cook it myself it's some depraved grease feast type of shit. Every single time my heart beats once more it's a minor miracle.

This is such a fricking weasel-word. Journalists use it to imply causation in order to scare people into reading their clickbait. But all the study showed is that more people who were intermittently fasting died of heart problems. Absent a specifically explained biological process for why fasting would harm the heart, this data is just as likely to imply that there is variable not controlled for in the study that increases the rate of heart problems and the rate of people engaging in intermittent fasting.

I'd say it's more likely that the culprit here is obesity. We know that obesity causes heart disease, and who are the people most likely to pursue fad diets? Fat people trying to lose weight, probably because they've had some sort of health crisis related to their obesity.
