    If I were going to pick a representative pizza for eastern Iowa, it would be the Quad-Cities style, exemplified by Harris Pizza. Strip-cut, toppings under the cheese, a sweeter malt crust.

    It's still garbage of course but it's more distinctive than Happy Joe's.
