PROTIP: Make your own BBQ sauce, It's MUCH better and better for you.
simmer it all up in a pan then jar or bottle it.
      1 ½ cups brown sugar
      1 ½ cups organic ketchup
½ cup red wine vinegar,(or Apple cider vinegar, rice wine vinegar, malt vinegar or even plain white
      ½ cup water
      1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
      2 ½ tablespoons dry mustard
      2 teaspoons paprika
      2 teaspoons salt
1 ½ teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
      2 dashes hot pepper sauce
And of course, you can add anything else you want and adjust the other spices--This one is not very spicy.
I also like to add few dashes of liquid smoke too.

    Soup
Boiled Poultry will break down and basically become one with the broth if you cook it long enough resulting in a really thick and hearty stew/soup.
You should cut or shred it before ofcourse.
